扬技能之帆 展工创风采-南昌市工创技工学校教师教学研讨活动

　　为促进教师成长，提升我校教师的教育教学水平，8月22日与8月23日，我校南昌工创技工学校教务处再次安排了专业教研，在304教室开展了新学期教师试讲活动。

　　In order to promote the growth of teachers and improve the teaching level of teachers . The educational administration department of our school organized the professional teaching and research in the 304 classroom,on August 22nd and August 23rd.

　　城轨专业课

　　在城市轨道专业课上，谢老师教态自然大方，向我们介绍了交通运输业的发展概况，交通运输业的性质与特点，以及现代交通业在经济社会发展中的作用。

　　In the course of urban rail, Miss Xie introduced to us the development of the transportation industry, the nature and characteristics of the transportation industry, and the role modern transportation industry playing in economic and social development.

　　王老师的课堂语言清晰，教学目标意识强。通过《跨越百年的美丽》这一文章，王老师讲解了居里夫人的生平事迹，也让我们感受到了居里夫人的内在美。居里夫人对科学研究坚定的信念与执着的追求也值得我们学习。

　　Miss Wang has a strong sense of teaching objectives. Through the article ，she explained the life of Madame Curie. Let us feel the inherent beauty of Madame Curie.The firm belief and persistent pursuit of scientific research are also worth learning.

　　周老师的课堂新颖有实效，采取了讲故事这一教学方法。在课堂上讲解了王二小为保护转移的乡亲，把日军带进八路军的埋伏圈的故事。

　　Miss Zhou's class was novel and effective. She used the teaching method of storytelling,explaining the story that Wang Erxiao protected the transfer of villagers, bringing the Japanese army into the eighth route Army’s ambush .

　　江老师的文化课程也别具风采，重点讲解了我们国家升国旗的目的与意义。升国旗这一仪式对于增强民族自豪感与凝聚力发挥着重要作用。

　　Miss Jiang's cultural course was also unique, focusing on the purpose and significance of raising the national flag. The ceremony of raising the national flag plays an important role in strengthening national pride and cohesion.

　　魏校长与杨主任带领听课教师对新教师的课堂教学过程做了细致的分析和精辟的点评，肯定了各位教师的教学设计，同时也指出了各位教师在课堂教学中存在的不足，以及将来努力的方向。各位授课的教师与听课的教师都纷纷表示受益匪浅。

　　Our headmaster Wei and Director Yang led the teachers to make a detailed analysis and incisive comments on the classroom teaching process of the new teachers. They affirmed the teaching design of the teachers, and pointed out the shortcomings of the teachers and the direction of their future efforts. All the teachers have greatly benefited.

　　青年教师有着专业的理论知识储备，扎实的教学基本功底，是教育发展的中坚力量。希望各位青年教师能秉持科学的教学理念，及时总结教学经验，做到教学机智，努力成为一名有温度、有情怀的教师与研究者。也相信，各位老师通过不懈奋斗，会迅速成长为南昌市工创技工学校教师队伍的骨干力量。

　　Young teachers have theoretical knowledge reserves, solid basic teaching skills.They are the backbone of education development. We hope all the young teachers can hold the scientific teaching concept, timely summarize the teaching experience, try to achieve teaching wit, and strive to become a warm and passionate teacher . We also believe that with unremitting efforts, all the teachers will quickly grow into the backbone of the teaching team of our school.
